We had a wonderful day to day with the Dovers, as always. We met by daddy Dover’s work and fed the ducks. Though the kids look in these pictures as if they are enjoying it, they really were mortified of the ducks. They practically threw whole pieces of bread at them an ran since otherwise they got mobbed. After, we took lunch to the park and enjoyed the, dare I say, MAGNIFICENT weather!
are you kidding, those ducks scare me!!!!!
we just fed the ducks too! Our ducks were a bit full though so it wasn’t near as exciting.
It’s starting to look like Fall! And my those ducks are close!
I can imagine. Love Ike’s outfit.
One of my scariest childhood memories is being chased/mobbed by a hoard of starving ducks and gigantic geese. I never thought I would make it out alive.>>Amy
That white duck is so beautiful and the kiddos look so cute feeding it.
I can tell you both still have control over what your kids wear. The Dover children and the Wright children are always SO cute!!!
When I took Josh to feed the ducks I was a little scared at how “friendly” the ducks were- but he LOVED it. Sometimes I wish he had a little more fear in him. So is Isaac done with diapers. I tried potty training again this week after a 2 week break. Again no luck!!! UGH! Anyhoo- we STILL need to get together.
glad to see your camera’s “fixed”…
those are amazing shots!! the duck is stuffed, right? 🙂>>actually abby was bite by a duck on the charles river when we lived in boston. she had nightmares for months. poor kid.
So fun, I remember feeding the ducks with the girls from the mental hospital when I volunteered there. A duck knocked one of the girls in the water…Issac and Livs are brave.
That duck is so photogenic.>>Seriously, what a great prop.
Those are some pretty big ducks!
