After a drive to the LDS temple in Provo and talking about how special temples are, we headed to the little stream at BYU and made and raced cucumber boats. The evening was topped off by making chocolate chip cookies. We love Mondays, our family day.
As a side note, those lovely cucumbers are from our garden. I’m not kidding when I say that I picked 15 the other day!
What a fun Family night! Those are beautiful cucumbers- I wish I was still close by to enjoy some of your garden. I also noticed Geoff in his Chacos- nice!
Wow, I’m impressed. Great FHE!
What a fun FHE!
How fun!! I can’t wait to have a garden next summer!! I was gonna add to my list of 100 things to “have a garden like Ann Sherry’s” => You must have inherited her green thumb => Those cukes are handsome! (oh and your boys are too => )
I seriously love your work Leah! These pictures are so sweet.
We just made cucumber boats a couple of weeks ago too. The kids loved making the sails too. Thanks for inspiring us!>>Nice cukes!
I have never heard of cucumber boats! So fun. Cucumber boats are kinda like temples because they are good for you? 🙂
