We’ve been there too…what a neat place. That bridge freaks me out though. It was SO cold the day we went–the falls were partially frozen! We even saw barge-size chunks of ice floating down the St. Lawrence. Pretty cool! It’s rare you find someone who has 1. been to Quebec and 2. appreciates it…so it’s great to find that in you Leah. >>Re: cooking with wine. One reason I like Utah is that you can find de-alcoholized wine or non-alcoholic wine here. The “Fre” brand or “Ariel” brands are most common. I find mine at Granatos or at nice grocery stores. It keeps longer than regular wine too.
