Wow, that’s all I can say. I had NO IDEA!If you are a lover of France, as we are, you need to visit Quebec city. It was amazing, beautiful, and very French – much more than we expected. Everyone speaks French there; the TV in is French, radio, signs, everything (for some reason I found that pleasantly surprising)! The nice part is that they speak English too (for the most part) which is nice for those like me that can understand most everything, but aren’t as confident in replying.
We really had an amazing trip. The food was to die for, the hotel was lovely, the company-perfect. We missed our little Isaac, but we did try and soak up the alone time with Lucy and each other.
Gear up for a ton of pictures of Geoff wearing our child, and me in the same coat (which incidentally, I purchased there, but mistakenly left in the hotel while packing – they haven’t found it yet; I can’t really talk about it, I’m so upset).
And can’t let this shot of Lucy in her first swimsuit go without a post. Thank you Auntie Sara!
Loving the swimsuit. She looks adorable in it. How did she like swimming?
Good gosh you take some fantastic photos! Your kids are so adorable and I love that you capture them with such character and light! Truly amazing 🙂 Your little girl is so beautiful* Jared and family

These pictures are AMAZING! My brother served his mission in Quebec and I have always wanted to visit there. Now I want to more! What a great get-away for you guys! I love Lucy’s suit, by the way! Too cute!
Can’t believe you lost that jacket. So cute! I’m seriously shedding tears for you right now…
Darling Leah! She is so cute!
Oh Leah, it practically brings tears to my eyes looking at all these posts…we’ve been to almost every place you spoke about. What fun Quebec is! We were thrilled to discover this little bit of France in North America. When we lived in Boston, Ben’s brother lived in downtown Montreal in an old brownstone and we visited probably 4 or 5 times that year. One time we headed up to Quebec City and it was uh-mazing. Did you hit the museum? It is a true gem. Thanks for allowing me to trip down memory lane. We always tell people how great Quebec is too. I’m curious as to what prompted you to go!
