Lucy had her first dance recital. It was cute. All 45 seconds of it…
Behold the Wright Family Orchard in its infancy. This was not an easy task as shoveling through the first six inches was akin to breaking concrete. I was reevaluating my desire for all eight trees after hole #1. We planted peaches, nectarines, pears, cherries, plums and apples.
The athlete in me dies a little each time I watch this one chatting it up with all the players on the field instead of actually playing. I keep reminding myself she’s only four. She has perfected looking cute while being oblivious to the game however.
As long as other people’s phones, purses and food are around, this one loves watching Isaac and Lucy’s games.
We can’t get enough of the Spanish Fork Hot Pots. It was really busy this Memorial Day, but we still had a great time with family, followed by a yummy BBQ where my sister and I made the most ridiculous breaded potato wedges known to mankind.
And my nephew, too cute for clothes.
Love this post — love Lucy’s hair at the recital, her pants hiked up at the ball game, the family time at the hot springs, and would love your amazing recipe for your potato wedges!
I wish we could have gone! Looks like so much fun. And I’m glad Geoff loved the recital as well 😉
dying over the picture of lucy with the helmet over her head
wow! i’m super jealous of your orchard! i’ve always wanted to plant a ton of fruit trees!
and, those hot pots? i need to try those soon!
Lovely post as always. Your family is adorable and how great you are starting an orchard that will give yummy fruit.
I love the pic of Lucy with the helmet over her face. My son goofs around like that, too and he’s 6 1/2!
I would love to know what lens you used for that shot?
