I know, I know, I haven’t posted in a while. I’m buried in work which is good, but is making me neglect a few areas in my life, which isn’t good. So, I’ll try to do better and keep this blog updated and hopefully very soon I can post some of the work that has been keeping me so busy! I plan on being caught very soon so I can fully enjoy Geoff and I’s trip to…TURKEY!! I couldn’t be more excited. We’ll be staying in Antayla which is on the coast. Thanks be praised for Geoff’s international conferences that I occasionally get to tag along on. Have you been to Turkey? Any recommendations? Anything I should know besides stay far away from Syria?
I lived in Istanbul a few years ago. We would do blue cruises in the summer and were able to see a lot of the area like Olu Deniz, and Kas It’s a small boat not like a cruise. Another place that is very interesting Cappadocia. It’s a magical place with underground cities. It’s like you are on another planet. You would have to fly there though from Antalya. I hope you have great time.
Thanks so much Sara. Cappadocia sounds unreal.
Well, it wasn’t Vegas hot, but the trip does look fun!
I love your easter dress Leah. Your trip looks fun. Sorry I haven’t called to hear about it but I’ve been buried in children… quite literally.
And that was Emily on Sara’s computer.
Love Kate’s precious face while on Geoffs back for the hike. Miss you guys.
I think I want that puppy.
Please do Hagia Sophia!!! Parts of it were built before Christ, yes, as in BC!!! It had a huge impact on the change of architechture and the Byzantine empire. I am jealous every single day for this trip. (If you brake a leg, can I go? 😉 just kidding, I don’t wish that on you )
I hope someday I can be an adorable mother and have a beautiful family like yours. You blog makes me smile ear to ear. I feel a certain peace about your family. Hope I can have the same sweetness you and your family share. If I feel this way reading you blog, I bet it is even more incredible in real life. Thanks for being an example!
