Sorry I’ve been MIA lately. I am buried in work, being a mom and church responsibilities. As soon as my head is above water, I promise to post some of my latest sessions.
The kids had two days off this last week and we decided to make it a “staycation”. The kids made a list of things they wanted to do and we did our very best to check everything off the list.
First thing on the list was to go to a pumpkin patch. The one in Springville had a really cool cornbox, if that’s a word.
Then we went to This is the Place, Heritage Park. The kids loved it and we were there for hours learning about how Pioneers lived.
Kate was a dream baby. Missed both her naps and was just as happy as could be.
Others on the list were a hike to the Spanish Fork hot pots which were SO cool, go out to dinner, see the leaves turning colors in the canyon, visit Grandma Lola and carve pumpkins. I’m happy to say we got to check them all off the list!
I want to have a stay-cation at your house. Sounds like fun. Looks like it’s been warm. I’m missing that these days since we’ve had a few days in the low 50’s.
I was wondering where you were. Glad the kids loved “This is the Place.” What a great weekend. Did you hear that Cars 2 comes out this weekend (or is it next?)
Looks like a great day…thank goodness the weather was awesome!
For one little Kate looks seventeen! and for two she is sooooo your mini. What a lovely stay-vaction =)
Geez you have been busy lady!, and busy at being the most fun parents out there!, cute pics!, miss you guys!
I can’t believe how put together you guys always look! Those Halloween costumes were awesome. Lucy’s outfit with the red pants and flats and that top- perfection! I want to go shopping with you someday! Kate is more adorable by the second and I don’t know how that’s even possible with your kids! Ok, and your hair is totally grown out and beautiful. i love it! I caved the other day and bobbed mine back up and now I have to start growing again. Maybe someday I will get on my blog and update with pictures and such, but I prefer just looking at yours. Love, Patria
