This is quite possibly the sweetest woman I’ve ever met. She is coming to my workshop and just happens to live close to my parents, so she booked me for a session while I was in town. Though the weather was less than ideal (and the sun situation!), I had a wonderful time finally meeting this family!

Very cute family.>>I keep seeing Julia Shinkle’s name turn up on Facebook (People You May Know) and on blog comments. You would think I would know her, but we’ve never met — I think she lives in my little town? >>I always love seeing pictures of Corvallis.>>Amy
fab pictures! glad you had a good time and made it back safe!
So I am Julia’s fridnd Kim H. I too will be attending the workshop and these pictues make me even more excited. I totally love the pictures, great job. I love the one of Avery I can feel her happiness coming from my out of my screen. You totally captured the sweetness of one of my bestest friends and her cute family.
I am not sure if anyone has ever given you a description of their reaction when they open your blog page and see their name at the top…>>I jumped up from my desk and did a little leap down the hall to find the phone and call my best friend Kim, pressed redial because I had just spoken to her earlier, she answered and I said so excitedly “She posted the photos!”>>We looked at them together and love them all. Thank you sooo much for putting these up. Love the one of them on top of the train and the one of Avery you even captured her little dipple in her chin that only comes out when she smiles a certain way! The one on the front of the engine will for sure be a gift to the many grandmas in our life.>>These are great! Thanks for putting these up…can’t wait to leap for joy over the rest! I was on cloud nine before, if there is a cloud higher I am on it!!!!
I love the one of the kids running in front of mom and dad. If that’s not life with young kids, I don’t know what is! Great pics, Leah.
