Last Saturday I ran my first race in 10 years. I ran it with two of my childhood friends, Anna and her older sister Lisa. Anna has two little boys (her oldest born just days after Isaac), both born with clef palates so this race was extra meaningful. While I did not appreciate the bitter cold that morning, or the switchbacks up the mountain (what the!), it was actually pretty fun and I was honored to be able to participate in such a good cause.
Please send good thoughts my way this weekend. Between my Photography Workshop, and the half marathon I’m running this weekend, I’m going to need them!

Love the hair Leah.
Leah! Are you kidding me! You are running a half marathon this weekend as well as the workshop! You are one busy Mama…>>I am flying out today! I am so excited! It is going to be great. Good Luck with everything. It is funny because even though I am a paying participant of the workshop, the relief society sister in me keeps wanting to ask “Do you need any help setting up or anything? Or can I bring a pan of brownies?” Isn’t that weird…habit I guess!>>I made a little header on my blog with the pictures you took of our family. It turned out pretty darn cute and snazzed up my blog.>>See you Friday!
What an awesome accomplishment! I can’t even imagine.>>This is a totally packed weekend for you. I hope it turns out to be rewarding and fun. I’m jealous my husband gets to spend it with you : )
A couple of things:>>1. I know Anna Fowler! She is in the Relief Society presidency in my ward. She is SUCH a good person. What a small world!>2. I can’t wait for your workshop! You’ll do great- don’t worry!>3. I’m also running the Provo Half on Saturday! I’m nervous… but excited. Hope it’s not too cold. >4. I’m excited to meet you- and to see you saturday at the race!
Go, Leah! You’re amazing.>>Since I’m not attending the workshop (so sad), let me know if I can babysit or help out at all, especially since, ahem, March is now over without, you know . . .
Can I have your legs?
Oh yeah I forgot your workshop is this weekend, good luck (not that you really need it, you’re awesome!) Look at you go, running machine 🙂
Awesome! I love those Rampton girl smiles. They definitely get that from their mom.
You will do GREAT!!! Just think when the race is over we get to have a nice night up in PC! can’t wait!
I ran a 5K with you 10 years ago!!! I have pictures! How funny. It’s been years. I dont’ think I’ve ran once since, either. too cheap to enter, I guess. 🙂 >I came across you from Elisa’s blog, so i’ve been reading yours for awhile. You are very talented.
Member when we ran a race together with our kewlest outfits?!?
I second Jennifer- let’s trade legs okay? Then I could run really fast like you!
This isn’t original, but still my first thought…>>HOT LEGS, LADY!!!!
Hi everyone
Mansour Engineering continually improves on completed construction projects. Mansour Engineering team is always eager to participate in post-occupancy evaluations. Each discipline must complete a check list and an interdisciplinary review to ensure an accurate overall engineering effort. Mansour Engineering’s initial step is to define Mansour Engineering client’s objective with a detailed scope of work and a deliverable project list.
