When we arrived at Beaver Falls, we hiked a bit more and found this delightful cliff. It doesn’t look so high in the pictures, but believe me, it takes your breath away as you jump off it!
The bottom of the canyon here was filled with wild grapes. It was beautiful, but quite rough on the legs!
We hiked out at three in the morning and made it to the top about three hours later. Boy was I happy to see the top of that canyon.
We’re off to the Grand Canyon to hike down to Havasupai. We’ll be back on Saturday. Geoff and I are both so excited, yet a little sad at the same time, knowing we’ll be leaving Isaac for so long. I’m so greatful to Geoff’s sister Whitney for watching him for the week. We’re going to miss him!
Three kids, and a whole lot of years later, Robyn came into town and we were able to hang out for a bit in SLC. Her kids are SO cute! It was fun to be with her again and see how much our lives have changed, but still cherish our memories from Hale 3 in Laie!
