Meet the Adams family, a family that’s very dear to me. John hired me eleven years ago to work with him at an ad agency here in Utah while I was finishing up my Graphic Design degree at BYU. Since then, we’ve worked together on and off and remained very good friends. He has taught me so much over the years regarding design and the finer things in life like a good Phil Hendrie bit. I was honored when they contacted me to take their family pictures. Thank you Adams family for your love and support through all these years. Here’s two another eleven years of friendship!

The Barlow family is from my home town and because we had to cancel our shoot while I was in Oregon due to sickness, we rescheduled for when they were going to be out in Utah. Thanks to my trusty Otter Pop reward, we were able to get some smiles out of one very unhappy girl, and *surprise* Robyn, we actually got some of her smiling!
Aren’t they the cutest new family? I may be partial because they are my sister and brother-in-law, but really. They are headed off to Rhode Island for school at Brown University in a week, so we had a quick shoot at my favorite location (can you tell??) across the street. They hope to procure Emma Watson (Hermoine) who is also attending Brown University as a babysitter when they arrive. We’re going to miss them, especially that cute baby of theirs!
The Harding Family was in town visiting from New York and booked a family shoot with me. Angie is a good friend of my brother’s and we’ve known eachother since I was 19. She brought a picture of me from that time that was disturbing and I may have chucked it in the garbage. Bless their hearts, they had twins and then 18 months later, another little guy! Angie is pregnant with #4 and radiant. Their kids were darling and thoroughly enjoyed all the open space to run around. Thank for including me in your Utah trip Harding family!
I’ve had the pleasure of taking pictures of the downright stunning Hadlock family twice already and it’s always a treat. I’ve been dying to meet their newest little guy. Isn’t he handsome! I’m near begging them to have me take pictures of the kids again since combined with torrential downpours throughout our entire session and a sad little boy, we didn’t get as many pictures of the two kids together as we would have liked. Please??
Some days when things are crazy around here it feels real, real good to wake up to some kind words read on the internet. I’m beyond flattered.

Lucky me, the Greefield family decided to stopped in Mapleton on their roadtrip from Alabama! I’ve know Kim and her husband for a long time now and was flattered when Kim, an amazing photographer herself, asked me to take some pictures of her family. We got rained out (seriously Utah weather!!), but were able to get a good hour in before we had to run inside. Thank you Greenfields for letting me spend a little bit of time with you guys!
